Installing Voiceguide For Dialogic 6.0.2322

I have VG 5.2.5012 installed on my system, I whant to controll the number of rings when transfering a call.

I read the help file and it says that I have to alter the ConfigLine and Config xml files. (is that correct?)

Then I notice that I do not have those files so I tried to intall the update of VoiceGuide to the "for Dialogic" version, while doing so I followed all the steps on the readme file but when I try to register the ktTelControl.ocx a window pops up saying (LoadLibrary("ktTelControl.ocx") failed - the specified module could not be found.)

Do you have a dialogic T1 board in your system ? (24 channel t1) ?

I want to controll the number of rings when transfering a call.

The rings cannot be counted but you can set the maximum time for which the call transfer will be attempted. Just use a Timeout path in the call transfer module.
